Pricing

Premium care deserves a
premium receptionist.

Two payments. One setup fee at signature that includes a 30-day pilot with real patients. A monthly fee starts at month 2 — only if you decide the agent earned it.
How it works

One setup payment. One monthly fee. No surprises.

Payment 1 — at signature

Setup fee, paid 100% upfront.

Covers the full build of your custom agent: discovery call, prompt engineering, voice configuration, calendar integration, testing, and go-live. Also includes the 30-day pilot during which the agent operates with real patients. No work begins until the setup fee is received.

Payment 2 — from month 2

Monthly fee, only if you continue.

Starts after the 30-day pilot, only if you confirm. Covers ongoing operation, monitoring, support, minor adjustments, monthly reports, and infrastructure. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Your prompts and call data remain yours.

What every tier includes

The fundamentals are the same across every tier.

A working receptionist, not a tool

We build the agent for your clinic and validate every flow with you before go-live. You sign off, we ship.

30-day pilot in the setup fee

After go-live the agent runs with real patients for 30 days. No monthly fee yet — you confirm before month 2.

Cancel before day 30, no further charges

If the pilot doesn't earn its keep, you walk away. The setup work, prompts, and call data remain yours.

Patient calls in their language

Natural voice, in your patient's language. The agent knows your services, your pricing ranges, your rules.

FAQ

Questions clinic owners ask before signing.

Why two payments instead of a flat monthly fee?

Building a working agent for a clinic is real work — discovery, prompt engineering, voice configuration, calendar integration, testing. The setup fee covers that work. The monthly fee, from month 2, covers ongoing operation, tuning, and infrastructure. We don't hide the setup cost inside a multi-month subscription.

What does the 30-day pilot actually mean?

On go-live day, the agent starts answering real patient calls. For 30 days you pay nothing beyond the setup fee. We monitor every call, fix any rough edges, and adjust prompts. At day 30 you decide whether to continue. If you do, the monthly fee starts at month 2.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Cancel anytime before day 30 with no further charges. After that, the monthly subscription rolls month to month — you give 30 days notice and we hand back your prompts, call recordings, and configuration.

Is the setup fee refundable?

No. The setup fee covers work that happens before go-live: discovery call, prompt engineering, voice configuration, integrations, testing. That work belongs to you regardless of whether you continue past day 30.

Why no self-serve signup?

Clodeverse is not a SaaS dashboard you log into. Every clinic gets a custom-configured agent that takes 2 to 3 weeks to build properly. We pick our launch partners through a discovery call. Self-serve would mean shipping mediocre agents — that's not the product.

Which languages do you support today?

Production languages: English, French, Arabic. Beta: Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin. If you need a language we don't list, ask during the discovery call.

Where is the data hosted? Is it RGPD / DHA / HIPAA compliant?

EU clinics are served from EU infrastructure with RGPD-aligned data processing. UAE clinics follow DHA standards. US clinics on Concierge and above can be deployed under HIPAA-aligned terms with a signed BAA. Details are reviewed in the discovery call and codified in the Service Agreement.

Do you train a custom model for our clinic?

No. Each clinic gets a configured agent — prompts, voice, integrations, knowledge base — running on a shared foundation model. Customization is per-clinic without the fragility and cost of per-clinic fine-tuning.

15 minutes is enough to know if we're a fit.

You tell us your call volume, your stack, and the kind of patients you want to win back. We tell you which tier fits, what go-live looks like, and what it'll cost. No deck, no pressure.
